Orders & shipping
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping details as soon as it’s on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does shipping take?
UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on the destination, but most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to update your details or cancel an order, email us at contact@thirteenideas.com. Once your order has been shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed, but we will do our best to get everything sorted.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
Yes - items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
How do I make a return?
Email us at returns@thirteenideas.com with your order number and we’ll send you instructions. We'll refund you as soon as the item is in the post.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely. If the size you want is in stock, we’ll swap it once we receive your original item.
SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability is super important to us, and something that we are always looking to improve. We use organic cotton for our garments wherever possible, and all of our packaging can be recycled.
Where are your garments made?
The majority of our garments are produced in small batches in partnership with a small, trusted factory in Indonesia. After vetting many suppliers, we chose them for their genuine commitment to staff wellbeing. Transparency is important and we are always happy to discuss our supply chain. International production is very much not ideal, and a huge goal for Thirteen is to move all of our production as close to Scotland as possible. At this stage in our business we can't meet the minimum costs required for European suppliers - however we are always on the lookout for ways we can improve our production and make it better for the planet. If you have any thoughts on how we could improve our sustainability, please let us know.
SIZING & PRODUCTS
How do your sizes fit?
Most of our garments range from a relaxed fit to slightly oversized. Each product page has our model details and the size they are wearing for reference, along with the measurements of the garment.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Many of our drops are limited or one-time releases. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter for restock updates.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely — all transactions are encrypted and processed safely through our payment provider.
